De Havilland Mk4 6D/2237 Oxygen Contents Gauge

Mounted just below the De Havilland Vampire's Radio Direction Finder, this KDG Indust, Mk 4 6D/2237 Oxygen Contents Gauge is a rare Cold War Instrument installed in both the De Havilland single-seater, twin-boom jet interceptor and the two seater, advanced jet trainer.The rear of the bakelite gauge casing features the British Air Ministry  'Broad Arrow' stamp and the engraved production date of 1957

Mounted in its 100 yr old mango wood display stand with engraved plaque, together with a stunning highly detailed 1/72 or larger 1/48 custom built model aircraft of this Cold War Interceptor perched atop its magnetic arm, this would make an amazing gift for any pilot or aviation enthusiast and also comes together with a detailed laminated Fact Sheet on the instrument and the aircraft.
